jvs888 reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet or wager at its sole discretion. Bets are not accepted from Members who have exceeded their credit balance, are subject to account restrictions, or have placed wagers in violation of these Terms & Conditions.
In the event that odds, prices, or game parameters are published in error — including but not limited to technical glitches, human input errors, or data feed failures — jvs888 reserves the right to void affected bets and refund stakes to Members' Accounts. This includes situations where abnormally high odds were published due to a manifest pricing error, even if the relevant event has already concluded.
If a sporting event is cancelled, abandoned, or postponed beyond the period defined in jvs888's applicable sport-specific rules, bets placed on that event will generally be voided and stakes returned. Mix parlay (accumulator) bets that contain a voided selection will be settled at reduced odds based on the remaining valid selections in accordance with jvs888's accumulator settlement rules.
jvs888 applies maximum payout limits per event, per day, and per product category. These limits are displayed in the relevant betting interface and are subject to change at jvs888's discretion. Winnings exceeding the applicable maximum payout will be capped at the stated limit.
